The invention belongs to vehicle driving and controlling device, particularly relates to a coal mine well vehicle rotation operation and control unit and solves the problems that the height and space of a cab is limited by the roadway, a driver is difficult in turning and head turning, the driving difficulty is high and safety accidents are prone to occurrence. A vehicle operation and control system is integrated with one unit of the cab intensively, the vehicle operation flexibility is not affected, the bidirectional operation and control of the vehicle is implemented smoothly, and the problems that on serious well roadway condition, lateral driving is prone to fatigue during long distance conveying and the forward driving is poor in vision when the vehicle steers frequently during operation are solved.
