The invention relates to a seat rotating mechanism. The seat rotating mechanism is characterized in that an underframe component and a rotating bracket component are arranged beneath a seat and are rotationally connected through a disc bearing component, the underframe component is provided with a locking structure used for locking and unlocking the rotating bracket component, the locking structure comprises a telescopic part and a fastening part matched with the telescopic part, the fastening part is arranged between the underframe component and the rotating bracket component, the telescopic part is driven by a pedal arranged on the underframe component, and the pedal, the underframe component and the rotating bracket component are provided with a locking mechanism for controlling rotation angle of a rotating bracket. The locking mechanism limits the rotation angle of the rotating bracket within 0 to 180 degrees. The locking structure locks and unlocks the rotating bracket component via the pedal, so that the seat is more stable and comfortable and small in rotation force when rotating; with a locking shaft and the inserting type locking structure during energy absorption, the seat is safer and more flexible and reliable by the aid of the seat rotating mechanism.
