The invention provides a rotation and disconnection preventing mounting structure of a car sensor. The rotation and disconnection preventing mounting structure comprises a front protection anti-collision beam and the car sensor. A flanging hole is formed in the front protection anti-collision beam. The car sensor is provided with at least two clamp feet. The flanging hole comprises a flanging flange. A rotation preventing grooves is formed in the flanging flange. The clamp feet penetrate the flanging hole and connected with the same in a fastening manner. The clamp feet are disposed in the rotation preventing groove. The rotation and disconnection preventing mounting structure has the advantages that the car sensor is prevented from being disconnected by the fastening connection of the flanging hole and the clamp feet, rotation of the car sensor can be prevented by the coordination of the clamp feet and the rotation preventing groove, and the rotation and disconnection preventing mounting structure is few in parts, simple to machine, low in cost, good in stability and good in rotation and disconnection preventing effect.
