The invention discloses an automobile suspension system active control method for impact-type road disturbance. The active control method mainly comprises three steps: 1) assessing the duration and energy of impact-type road disturbance, and constructing an automobile suspension system model; 2) carrying out input-output finite-time stability analysis on an open-loop suspension system by taking peak vertical acceleration of an automobile body as an indicator for measuring riding comfort; and 3) by taking constraint conditions such as tire ground contact, suspension stroke limitation, actuator output force limitation and the like into consideration, designing a state feedback controller on the basis of the result of the finite-time stability analysis. The active control method disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of short duration and high intensity for the impact-type road disturbance; by introducing the concept of finite-time stability and processing method, the active vibration control of the automobile suspension frame is realized; and on the premise of meeting such conditions as tire ground contact, suspension stroke limitation and the like, the riding comfort of the automobile is effectively improved.
