The invention provides a vehicle lower cross arm assembly. The vehicle lower cross arm assembly comprises a lower cross arm body, wherein the head of the lower cross arm body is provided with a plurality of bolt holes for connecting a steering brake assembly; a damping mounting lug is connected to the top of the lower cross arm body; a transverse stabilizing rod mounting lug is connected to a side wall of the lower cross arm body; the tail part of the lower cross arm body is provided with a connecting shaft hole for connecting a frame; a rubber shaft sleeve is arranged in the shaft hole; the top wall of the middle part of the lower cross arm body is provided with a buffer block; the buffer block is provided with stress release grooves; a rubber pad is arranged in each stress release groove. By using the lower cross arm, the impact resistance capacity of a vehicle can be greatly improved, good stress release capacity is achieved under the condition that the lower cross arm is stressed by external force or the road condition is poor, the safety performance, the stability and the comfort of the vehicle are greatly improved, the service life is prolonged, and the quality and the driving performance of the entire vehicle are improved.
