The invention relates to a transmission assembly for a motor vehicle, intended for being arranged between a combustion engine and a gearbox and capable of transmitting a torque between the crankshaft of the combustion engine and an input shaft of the gearbox, said assembly including: an electric machine (3) comprising an outer stator (8) and an inner rotor (9) separated by an annular air-gap space (300); and two dry clutches (1, 2) arranged axially on either side of said electric machine (3), on the engine side and the gearbox side, respectively; the clutch (1) on the engine side being arranged such as to, in the engaged position, transmit a torque between the crankshaft of the combustion engine and the rotor (9), and the clutch (2) on the gearbox side being arranged such as to, in the engaged position, transmit a torque between the rotor (9) and an input shaft of a gearbox; wherein the rotor (9) is fitted with permanent magnets that are installed on the outer periphery of the rotor (9) and lead into an annular air-gap space (300).
