The invention provides a rearview mirror, which comprises a control circuit, a first substrate, a second substrate and a liquid crystal material, wherein the second substrate is opposite to the first substrate, the liquid crystal material is filled between the first substrate and the second substrate, a plurality of strip electrodes are arranged at one side, facing the second substrate, of the first substrate, a gap is formed between every two adjacent strip electrodes, each strip electrode is made of a transparent electrode material, a planar electrode is arranged at one side, facing the first substrate, of the second substrate and is at least used for reflecting one part of light rays, and the control circuit is used for providing an electric signal for the strip electrodes and the planar electrode, so as to control the deflection of liquid crystal molecules of the liquid crystal material. The rearview mirror has the advantages that by changing a voltage signal for the rearview mirror, the reflecting rate of the liquid crystal material in the rearview mirror can be changed, so as to realize the purpose of anti-dazzle working mode of the rearview mirror.
