The invention discloses a chemical fiber composite belt for hoisting and pulling in an elevator. The chemical fiber composite belt is mainly characterized by comprising one or more chemical fiber ropes or belts as well as an organic coating layer which coats the outer surfaces of the chemical fiber ropes or belts, wherein a layer of uniformly-distributed wearable photosensitive coating is further arranged on the surface of the coating layer, and is a rectangular shape, a crescent shape, a trapezoidal shape, a convex shape or an oval shape. The chemical fiber composite belt is mainly used for hoisting and pulling a car in the elevator, and further has functions of assisting in monitoring unexpected slippage, overspeed, abnormal vibration and the like of the elevator car. The composite belt can be used for transmitting a signal to a photoelectric sensor or other similar sensors through the photosensitive coating, and monitoring an elevator state in real time to judge whether the elevator has unexpected slippage, abnormal vibration, acceleration ultralimit, uprush and the like. The chemical fiber composite belt further solves the problem that a pulling mooring rope of a conventional elevator is oversized in dead load and increased in diameter for coping with oversized stress. The chemical fiber composite belt achieves the purposes of reducing the cost, increasing the rotation speed, enabling the structure to be compact and reducing a machine room space.
