The invention discloses a white chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, which comprises the following components by weight: 90-100 parts of chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, 3.5-4.5 parts of active zinc oxide, 1.8-2.2 parts of an accelerator DPTT, 3.3-3.7 parts of titanium dioxide, 45-55 parts of calcium carbonate and 2-4 parts of pentaerythritol. The white chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber has the advantages of good mechanical properties, water resistance and chemical properties, and low cost.
