The present invention provides a passenger transmission device which enables the height difference between a sliding floor and a building floor to be reduced, and can set the heights of the floor surface of the sliding floor and the floor surface of the building floor to be roughly same. The passenger transmission device of the present invention comprises a main body frame possessing a carrying side terminal part (1B) carried on a building structure body (9) in a non-fixed state; and the sliding floor displacing relative to and together with the carrying side terminal part (1B). The passenger transmission device is equipped with a sliding mechanism (12), along with the relative displacement between the carrying side terminal part (1B) and the building structure body (9) generated in the compression direction of the main body frame (7), the sliding mechanism (12) enables the end part at the reverse side with the main body frame of the sliding floor to displace upwards, so that the end part of the sliding floor (11) reverse with the main body frame can displace to the building side floor at an inlet/outlet (2).
