The invention belongs to the technical field of steering systems of front wheels of airplanes, and particularly relates to a telex steering system of a carrier-based aircraft. The telex steering system is characterized by comprising a driver pedal steering sensor (1), a steering control unit (2), a steering control valve (3), a steering actuator (4) and a steering angle feedback sensor (5). According to the telex steering system disclosed by the invention, the condition that the mounting space of the system adapts to a space of a nose landing gear bin of the carrier-based aircraft can be ensured, and meanwhile, the requirement of 360-degree rotation of a nose landing gear of the carrier-based aircraft can be met.
