The invention provides a solar hot-air balloon which comprises a photovoltaic balloon, an electric heating device, a control device, a storage battery and a nacelle, wherein the photovoltaic balloon is made of a photovoltaic umbrella fabric; the photovoltaic umbrella fabric comprises a light-transmitting protective layer, a photovoltaic middle layer and an airtight load-bearing bottom layer; the electric heating device comprises an air inlet, an electric heating unit and an air outlet; air enters into the electric heating unit through the air inlet, and is discharged into the photovoltaic balloon through the air outlet after being heated by the electric heating unit; the control device is connected with the electric heating device, the photovoltaic balloon and the storage battery and is used for controlling the temperature of air discharged through the air outlet, the air outlet speed and the air outlet direction as well as the working states of the photovoltaic balloon and the storage battery; the storage battery is connected with the photovoltaic balloon and the electric heating device; the nacelle is provided with the control device and the storage battery. By virtue of cooperation between the photovoltaic balloon and the electric heating device, the defects such as high balloon burning possibility, high weather condition requirements and short cruise duration time which are caused by dimethylmethane and liquefied gas are overcome.
