The invention belongs to the field of automatic valves, and particularly relates to a marine sewage discharge control device with combination of an electronic map and an automatic valve. A microprocessor (2), a geographical analysis module (3), an information module (4), a sensor (5), a power module (6), a communication management module (7), a solenoid valve control terminal (8), a mechanical lock control terminal (9) and a real-time clock module (10) are arranged inside a marine automatic sewage discharge valve (1). The marine automatic sewage discharge valve (1) is externally connected with a ship-borne positioning system (11) and a ship-borne communication system (12), and the ship-borne communication system (12) is connected to a central data center (13). The marine sewage discharge control device can achieve the purpose that whether sewage discharge can be conducted at the position where a ship is located or not is automatically judged; dual locking of the sewage discharge valve can be conducted through the mechanical lock control terminal and the solenoid valve control terminal; the function that illegal sewage discharge of the ship is forbidden is fulfilled; and sewage discharge information can be uploaded to the central data center to achieve central control over the sewage discharge information.
