The invention provides a subway scheduling method and a subway scheduling system capable of realizing exact second-level station dwell time change. Whether a running schedule is required to be adjusted or not can be determined according to the station dwell time of a subway train passing by a station; even the station dwell time change value is beyond a set threshold value range, the running schedule can be corrected, and the subway train is enabled to be driven according to the corrected running schedule by in an exact second-level station dwell time mode. Furthermore, according to the technical scheme, when the current mileage of the subway train and the standard mileage corresponding to the current moment in the running schedule are not overlapped, a driver can be prompted to drive at a certain speed at which the current mileage can be overlapped with the standard mileage of the running schedule within preset time. When the current mileage of the subway train is overlapped with the set standard mileage in the running schedule, the driver can also be prompted to drive at a certain speed so as to continuously keep an overlapping state.
