The invention discloses a railway running device convenient to repair. The railway running device convenient to repair comprises a frame, wheels, axles and brakes, wherein the wheels are arranged at the bottom end of the frame through the axles, the brakes are arranged on the opposite inner sides of the wheels, brake pads are arranged on the inner sides of the brakes, brake belts are arranged on the outer sides of the brake pads, one end of each brake belt is fixed through a fixing shaft, and the other end of each brake belt and a brake cylinder are connected together through a brake bar. According to the railway running device convenient to repair, the belt brakes are used, the brake belts on the outer layer conduct compression on the brake pads on the inner layer so as to conduct deceleration braking, after loss is caused due to usage for a long time, only the brake belts on the outermost layer or asbestos needs to be replaced, the replacement process is quite simple, replacement is convenient, and the phenomena that devices on the inner layers of other braking devices are replaced, the replacement process is quite tedious, and the devices need to be completely disassembled are avoided.
