The invention discloses a regenerative braking control method for a hybrid vehicle. The control method comprises the following steps: a, receiving a regenerative braking request; b, responding to request for detecting operating states of an internal combustion engine and first electrical equipment, wherein the operating states comprise a first operating state that only the first electrical equipment is joined with a driving system of the vehicle, a second state that both the first electrical equipment and the internal combustion engine are joined with the driving system of the vehicle, and a third operating state that only the internal combustion engine is joined with the driving system of the vehicle; c, responding to an accelerating vehicle that the detected first operating state, second operating state and third operating state respectively adopt a corresponding first braking mode, a corresponding second braking mode and a corresponding third braking mode, wherein the first braking mode is that the accelerating vehicle is re-generatively braked by the first electrical equipment only, the second braking mode is that the accelerating vehicle is re-generatively braked by the first electrical equipment and is braked by the internal combustion engine; the third braking mode is that the accelerating vehicle is re-generatively braked by second electrical equipment and is braked by the internal combustion engine.
