A mounting structure used for mounting an attachment component of an instrument panel. The attachment component (11) is provided with a first locking part (14) and a second locking part (42), an instrument panel main body (2) is provided with a first locked part (31) and a second locked part (32). The first locking part (14) is locked at the first locked part (31), and the second locking part (42) is engaged with the second locked part (32). A locking operation direction (A) in which the first locking part (14) is locked at the first locked part (31) is approximately perpendicular to a locking operation direction (B) in which the second locking part (42) is engaged with the second locked part (32). A separating direction in which the attachment component (11) is separated from the instrument panel main body (2) is approximately perpendicular to the locking operation direction (B) in which the second locking part (42) is engaged with the second locked part (32).
