The invention is applicable to the field of automotive electronics, and provides a non-contact signal receiving circuit. The circuit comprises an induction coil, regulation and amplification circuits, a hysteresis comparison circuit, a processor and a differential output circuit, wherein the induction coil, the regulation and amplification circuits, the hysteresis comparison circuit, the processor and the differential output circuit are arranged all around a CAN (Controller Area Network) bus; the induction coil comprises output ends P1 and P2, wherein the output ends P1 and P2 are respectively connected with the input ends of a first regulation and amplification circuit and a second regulation and amplification circuit, the output ends of the first regulation and amplification circuit and the second regulation and amplification circuit are respectively connected with the two input ends of the hysteresis comparison circuit 3, and the output end of the hysteresis comparison circuit is connected with a pin of the processor; the other two pins of the processor are further connected with the two input ends of a differential output circuit, and the two output ends P3 and P4 of the differential output circuit output CAN signals. The non-contact signal receiving circuit provided by the invention has the advantages of being high in safety, and the automotive maintenance cannot be affected.
