The invention relates to a motor vehicle head-on collision and rear-end collision preventive system. The motor vehicle head-on collision and rear-end collision preventive system comprises a plurality of vehicle speed sensors arranged on the front portion and the rear portion of a vehicle, and an alarm device corresponding to the vehicle speed sensors, wherein the vehicle speed sensors correspond to different speeds and different sensing distances, and the vehicle speed sensors and the alarm device are controlled by a controller. According to the invention, the response is given out through the vehicle speed sensors, and when a head-on collision or rear-end collision accident of the motor vehicle is about to happen, a voice prompt device gives a voice prompt out to timely prompt a driver to take preventive measures, so that collision is prevented; the object sensors which are arranged on the front portion and the rear portion of the vehicle and are different in sensing distance are started, when the object sensors sense that objects exist, the voice prompt device can be controlled by the electronic controller to give the voice prompt out, and the vehicle collision tragedy and casualties are prevented.
