An electric vehicle low-pressure electric equipment fault diagnosis system comprises a direct current converter and a diagnosis controller, wherein the direct current converter is provided with a voltage sensor or a current sensor, and used for detecting working voltage or working current of a low-pressure apparatus of the electric vehicle and sending the working voltage or working current to the diagnosis controller; diagnosis thresholds under various working conditions of various low-pressure apparatuses are calibrated on the diagnosis controller; and the diagnosis controller is used for obtaining the diagnosis threshold under the current working condition according to the current working condition information of the low-pressure apparatus, and performing fault diagnosis for the electric vehicle low-pressure electric equipment according to the condition whether the current working voltage or working current of the low-pressure apparatus exceeds the diagnosis threshold under the current working condition. By adopting the electric vehicle low-pressure electric equipment fault diagnosis system, fault diagnosis is accurate, hardware configuration does not need to be added or improved, and no additional cost is needed.
