The invention provides a cold-rolled plate fuel tank. An epoxy resin coating layer with a thickness of 4-7 microns is coated on the outer wall of the cold-rolled plate fuel tank; and a passive film with a thickness of 3-6 microns and formed through a chromate reaction is arranged on the inner wall. The epoxy resin coating layer can improve the corrosion resistance of the outer layer of the cold-rolled plate fuel tank, and the salt spray resistant test reaches above 1000 hours; and the passive film formed through the chromate reaction forms an isolation layer with excellent adhesive force on a metal surface for restraining the hydrogen evolution and oxygen uptake corrosion to protect a base metal from being not corroded by water and other mediums, and the salt spray resistant test reaches above 500 hours. As corrosion resistant paint is sprayed on the outer wall of the fuel tank, and the passive film is coated on the inner wall, the outer wall and an inner cavity of the vehicle fuel tank can achieve standard industry corrosion resistant requirements. Compared with a galvanized plate and lead-plated plate vehicle fuel tank, the cold-rolled plate vehicle fuel tank has the advantages of large reduction of costs, no leakage of welded parts, good corrosion resistant effect and broad market prospect.
