The invention relates to a Z-pin reinforced composite material stiffened wall plate structure and a forming method of the Z-pin reinforced composite material stiffened wall plate structure, and belongs to the technical field of composite material reinforcing. The Z-pin reinforced composite material stiffened wall plate structure is characterized in that Z-pins are implanted into the joints of ribs and skins of a composite material stiffened wall plate to improve the interface strength between the ribs and the skins in the stiffened wall plate structure. The forming method comprises the following steps: implanting the Z-pins into a foam carrier by adopting automatic implanting equipment; secondly, vertically implanting a composite material Z-pin gun on foam into the joints of ribs and skins of the stiffened wall plate structure which is not cured, and removing foam and redundant Z-pins; and finally, integrally curing Z-pin reinforced cap type stiffened wall plate structure in an autoclave. The Z-pin reinforced composite material stiffened wall plate structure and the forming method provided by the invention can significantly improve the interface connecting strength between the ribs and the skins of the composite material cap type stiffened wall plate structure, so that the structural integrity is improved. Meanwhile, the Z-pin reinforced composite material stiffened wall plate structure and the forming method provided by the invention have the advantages of lowering the manufacturing cost, improving the weight loss efficiency, and avoiding the damage to fiber caused by using fasteners.
