The other end of the compression spring is a stress end. The elastic-plastic energy-absorption buffer component further comprises a turning-over seat. The turning-over seat comprises a seat body and a boss integrally connected with the seat body. The boss is in arc connection with the seat body. The other end of the cylindrical thin-wall part sleeves the boss. The fixing mounting end of the cylindrical thin-wall part is provided with a mounting plate. The compression spring is fixedly connected with the cylindrical thin-wall part through a connecting plate. The stress end of the compression spring is provided with a bearing plate.
