The invention relates to a quick opening-closing pneumatic system of a gas-saving low-noise valve. One branches of an air inlet and an air outlet of a cylinder rodless cavity are connected with an air source through a first throttling valve and a two-position five-way electromagnetic reversing valve A or communicated with a silencer through the first throttling valve, the two-position five-way electromagnetic reversing valve A and a first one-way valve, the other branches of the air inlet and the air outlet of the cylinder rodless cavity are communicated with the silencer through a fourth one-way valve and a two-position five-way electromagnetic reversing valve B, one branches of an air inlet and an air outlet of a cylinder rod-having cavity are communicated with the silencer through a third one-way valve and the two-position five-way electromagnetic reversing valve A, and the other branches of the air inlet and the air outlet of the cylinder rod-having cavity are connected with the air source through a second throttling valve and the two-position five-way electromagnetic reversing valve B or communicated with the silencer through the second throttling valve, the two-position five-way electromagnetic reversing valve B and a second one-way valve. The quick opening-closing pneumatic system is low in requirement on transient air supply quantity, air consumption quantity is reduced greatly when compared with that of a conventional system, air noise is lowered greatly, using requirements on ship environment are met, and the quick opening-closing pneumatic system is high in integration level, high in reliability and convenient to mount.
