The invention discloses a lifting type laundry rack pulley assembly comprising a pulley body. A connecting bolt is arranged at the center of the pulley body in a penetrating mode, the threaded section of the connecting bolt is connected with a connecting nut, a torsional spring is arranged between the connecting nut and the pulley body and enables a traction rope to be tightly attached to a pulley body groove during lifting, and the acting surface of the torsional spring is tightly attached to the side face of the pulley body. The torsional spring tightly attached to the side face of the pulley body is arranged on the connecting bolt, relative sliding caused by retractility of the traction rope and occurring between the traction rope and the pulley body can be eliminated, attachment force between the traction rope and the pulley body is guaranteed, and lifting stationarity is improved.
