The invention relates to the technical field of turnover mechanisms, in particular to a turnover barrel device. The whole structure of the turnover barrel device with low center of gravity is steady and reliable. During the turnover process, dumping cannot be caused by the overweight of turnover cylinder barrel materials. The turnover barrel device comprises a main machine frame and a turnover frame; the turnover frame comprises a lateral support frame and a bottom support frame, wherein the lateral support frame is provided with two grooves matched with prongs of a forklift. The turnover barrel device is characterized in that the bottom of the main machine frame is provided with an electric motor, an electric motor shaft of the electric motor is connected with one side of the turnover frame, and the other side of the turnover frame is connected with the bottom of the main machine frame through a rotating shaft.
