A moving path of the horizontal moving body of the novel port loading and unloading machine provided by the invention is that the horizontal moving body reaches the large horizontal supporting frame from the lifting platform after lifting goods, and arrives at a destination after moving for a period of time, the goods are unloaded, then the horizontal moving body reaches the small horizontal supporting frame from the lifting platform, and finally returns. The novel port loading and unloading machine provided by the invention is simple to operate and easy to promote, and can achieve automatic detection and control.
