The invention relates to the technical field of elevators, and discloses an anti-falling elevator. The anti-falling elevator comprises an elevating box, a guide plate, a pulling rod, an elastic piece, two connecting rod transmission pieces and two friction blocks, wherein the elevating box can move along the guide plate, the pulling rod can move up and down at preset distance on the elevating box, the top end of the pulling rod is used for connecting an elevating rope, the elastic piece is used for providing the pulling rod with acting force relative to downward movement of the elevating box, the friction blocks are arranged on the two sides of the guide plate respectively, and the two sides of the bottom end of the pulling rod are connected with the friction blocks through the connecting rod transmission pieces respectively. When the elevating rope is in normal use, the friction blocks are separated from the guide plate, and when the elevating rope is broken, the friction blocks abut against the two sides of the guide plate respectively. According to the anti-falling elevator, influence on relative forced parts when falling locking is performed can be effectively reduced, impact is reduced, the relative forced parts are prone to being recovered and maintained, and service efficiency of the elevator is improved.
