The invention provides a control device of a destination floor reservation group supervisory operation elevator, which can prevent passenger from being left and further prevent elevator service quality decrease in a group management elevator provided with a device applied for booking services of destination floors and passenger numbers and equipped on the elevator hall. According to the destination floors registered in the target floor booking device (20), the number of people registered in the elevator hall for their floors, the predicted passenger number when the elevator car arrives and the number of people who get off when the elevator car arrives, the control device then predicts the number of passengers (105) distributed in the elevator car from the time the elevator car starts from the elevator hall, then compares the passenger number with a rated passenger number for judging whether there is a need for distribution addition (106). If any, then the control device chooses to add a distribution elevator car (103) and performs distribution addition. In this way, the passengers can be prevented from being left. Meanwhile, the condition is displayed on the elevator hall. The service quality is therefore further improved.
