A safe landing device used when a helicopter breaks down and shuts down in the sky above the sea is composed of a bottom wing, an air storage tank and other components installed at the bottom of a fuselage. A water surface floating boat is arranged in the bottom wing; when the helicopter breaks down and shuts down, an ejection cartridge in the bottom wing is started, the water surface floating boat will be immediately ejected out of the bottom wing, inflated and arranged below the helicopter in a cushioning mode, meanwhile, the floating boat will be inflated by the air storage tank within few seconds, and therefore the helicopter lands in the sea safely. Besides, after the safe landing device is installed, safe landing can be guaranteed when the helicopter breaks down and shuts down in the sky above the sea, lift force of the helicopter can also be increased, a burden on a rotor wing is reduced, energy consumption of the helicopter is reduced, and discharge of carbon dioxide is reduced.
