The invention relates to a building process of a stainless steel liquids hold of a 270000DWT (deadweight tonnage) chemicals/product oil tanker. The building process includes subassembly, unit assembly, segmentation, segmental assembly and erection and assembly on a berth; during segmentation, the liquids hold is reasonably divided into a plurality of circular solid segments, including a double-layer bottom segment, a side segment, a deck side, a longitudinal-grooved wall segment and a transverse-grooved wall segment; the double-layer bottom segment is built by a upside-down method using an inner bottom plate as a basal plane; the side segment is built by a side building method using an outer plate as a basal plane; the deck segment is built by an upright building method using a desk as the basal plane; the transverse-grooved wall segment and the longitudinal-grooved wall segment are built by a horizontal building method using a positive rib position as a basal plane and by a side building method using the left side as a basal plane. The building process has the advantages that the reasonable segmentation and building method is good for safety production, work efficiency is greatly improved and building cycle is shortened.
