The invention creatively provides a folding handlebar of a bicycle. The folding handlebar comprises a fixed pipe in sliding connection with a vertical pipe of the bicycle. A first fixed pipe is fixedly connected to the fixed pipe, the fixed pipe penetrates through the center of the first fixed pipe, the two ends of the first fixed pipe are connected with first casing pipes respectively, one half of the first fixed pipe is located in the first casing pipe on one side and is in sliding connection with the corresponding casing pipe, the other ends of the first casing pipes are vertically and fixedly connected with connecting pipes, the other ends of the connecting pipes are horizontally connected with handles through rotary shafts, first fixed pins are arranged on the first casing pipes, penetrate through the first casing pipes and are fixedly connected with the first fixed pipes, and a folding device is arranged between the two connecting pipes. The handlebar is of a bilateral symmetry structure. According to the handlebar of the bicycle, the structure is simple, the handlebar distance can be adjusted, and the handlebar can be folded.
