The invention relates to a volume-variable trunk which comprises a fixed trunk body, a variable trunk body and a turning cover. The fixed trunk body is sleeved with the variable trunk body, one side of the variable trunk body is provided with a rotary shaft, the variable trunk body is connected with the turning cover through the rotary shaft, an annular rod is arranged outside the fixed trunk body, a first fixing groove and a second fixing groove which are parallel to each other are formed in the variable trunk body, the annular rod is clamped in the first fixing groove or the second fixing groove, a sliding groove is formed in the variable trunk body, a sliding block is fixed to the fixed trunk body, the sliding groove is matched with the sliding block in a sliding mode, and accordingly the variable trunk body stretches and retracts relative to the fixed trunk body. According to the volume-variable trunk, the size of the trunk can be increased so that more objects can be placed in the trunk, operation is easy, and use is convenient. The volume-variable trunk is suitable for electric vehicles, motorcycles and bicycles.
