A floating-constructed in-built floor structure of a subway vehicle comprises a vehicle body floor and an aluminum honeycomb floor. The inner area of the aluminium honeycomb floor falls upon the vehicle body floor through a rubber blanket, and the edge of the aluminium honeycomb floor is fixed through a rubber block with a bolt on the vehicle body floor. The rubber block is fixed in a groove in the upper surface of the vehicle body floor, and the head of the bolt is fixed in the rubber block in a vulcanized mode or embedded in the rubber block. A bolt rod of the bolt penetrates through the aluminium honeycomb floor, and the aluminium honeycomb floor is elastically fixed on the vehicle body floor through a nut. According to the scheme, the original damping structure that the rubber block is arranged between the aluminium honeycomb floor and the vehicle body floor is reserved, and the connecting bolt is embedded or fixed in the rubber block in the vulcanized mode in advance, so that metal connection between the aluminium honeycomb floor and the vehicle body floor is completely avoided, and the same damping effect as the rubber block is achieved.
