The invention discloses a sealing device for a car body cavity. The sealing device comprises a first sheet metal part, a second sheet metal part, a third sheet metal part, two partition plates, baffles located on the partition plates, a plurality of buckles and thermal expansion rubber strips. The two partition plates are transversely placed in the car body cavity formed by the sheet metal plates, each thermal expansion rubber strip is arranged in the gap between the baffle arranged around the corresponding partition plate and the inner wall of the cavity, the thermal expansion rubber strips generate directional expansion after being heated under the double-face clamping action of the baffles and the inner wall of the cavity, and therefore the gaps between the baffles and the car body cavity are fully filled, and the car body cavity is tightly sealed. Meanwhile, due to the arrangement of the two partition plates, the strength of the device is enhanced, the edges of the partition plates play a role in supporting the thermal expansion rubber strips, the thermal expansion rubber strips are always attached to the partition plates and are unlikely to fall off because of gravity or liquid impact, the thermal expansion rubber strips are always supported by the two partition plates to be tightly attached to the inner wall of the car body cavity, and the seal state of the car body cavity is kept.
