The invention relates to an automatic inflation wheel which comprises a tyre, a support part and an inflation device, wherein the tyre is arranged on the support part; the inflation device is arranged on the support part and partially contained in the tyre; the inflation device comprises a piston cylinder, a piston cylinder valve, a piston, a piston valve and a first elastic part; the piston cylinder is fixed on the support part, the piston cylinder is provided with a containing cavity and also provided with a first through hole, and the piston cylinder valve is arranged on the piston cylinder and used for opening or closing the first through hole to selectively communicate the containing cavity and the outside; the piston is provided with an inflation cavity and also provided with a second through hole, one end of the piston hermetically stretches into the piston cylinder in a manner of sliding relative to the piston cylinder, and the other end of the piston stretches into the tyre and is provided with an inflation hole communicated with the tyre; the piston valve is arranged on the piston and used for opening or closing the second through hole to selectively communicate the containing cavity and the inflation cavity; and the first elastic part is contained in the piston cylinder, and two ends of the first elastic part respectively support against the piston cylinder and the piston.
