The invention relates to the technical field of automotive air-conditioners, and discloses an automotive air-conditioner with a hydrogen fuel cell. The automotive air-conditioner comprises the hydrogen fuel cell, a vacuum pump, a condenser, a throttling valve, a vaporizing tank, an evaporator, a cold water pump and a cold water valve. A drainage system of the fuel cell is sequentially connected with a condenser front pump, the condenser, the throttling valve and the vaporizing tank, and the vaporizing tank is connected with the evaporator through the cold water pump and the cold water valve. The vacuum pump is connected between the vaporizing tank and the condenser. According to the automotive air-conditioner, water generated by the hydrogen fuel cell is used for refrigerating and heating, and driving of a compressor is of no need; on one hand, energy is saved, on the other hand, the emission of greenhouse gases and the leakage of Freon are reduced, and accordingly the good effect of energy saving and environmental protection is achieved.
