The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting air bag manufacturing, in particular to a high-load large-rising-ratio walking type hoisting air bag. An air bag body of the walking type hoisting air bag comprises a crown part, side parts and a ring part, wherein the two sides of the crown part are connected with the side parts respectively, and the side parts are connected with the ring part. The air bag body is fixed to a steel ring through the ring part. When the air bag body is in a vacuum state, the crown part shrinks in the radial direction to be attached to the side parts. Steel wire rings are arranged in the ring part. Each steel wire ring is wrapped and wound by a forwards-wrapping skeleton layer and a reversely-wrapping skeleton layer. The steel wire rings are filled with filler rubber. According to the walking type hoisting air bag, pressure in the air bag is adjusted through a pressure adjusting device to achieve wide-range increase and decrease of the terrain clearance of a platform; on the premise of only moving the transport platform, vertical movement and horizontal transportation of large equipment are achieved, the safety performance and transport efficiency in the transport process are improved, and the transport cost is effectively controlled.
