The invention relates to a tooling for hoisting column-shaped parts. The tooling comprises a guide shaft and a linkage guide ring, wherein a hoisting ring is welded to the upper end of the guide shaft; a plurality of square keys are uniformly arranged on the periphery of an upper part of the guide shaft along the horizontal circumferential surface; the middle of the guide shaft is sleeved and connected with a main supporting frame, and a plurality of supports I extend out from the supporting frame in the same direction as the square keys; the lower part of the guide shaft is fixedly sleeved and connected with an inner supporting frame, a plurality of supports II extend out from the inner supporting frame in the same direction as the supports I, a groove for clamping a suspension arm is formed in one end of each support II, the outer ends of the supports I are vertically connected with the middles of outer clamping lever arms, and the other end of each support I is connected with one end of the corresponding suspension arm. The size of the tooling can be adjusted according to the size of the column-shaped part, and the tooling can hoist the column-shaped part through the inner diameter or the outer diameter of the column-shaped part according to different requirements.
