The invention discloses a safety protecting device for elevator door collision-off avoidance. The safety protecting device comprises a door plate (1), a guiding shoe (2) and a sill (3). One end of the guiding shoe (2) is fixed in the door plate (1), and the other end of the guiding shoe (2) is inserted into a sliding groove (31) of the sill (3). A limiting block (21) is arranged at the lower end of the guiding shoe (2). A limiting groove (32) matched with the limiting block (21) is formed below the sliding groove (31). The limiting groove (32) is communicated with the sliding groove (31), and the width of the limiting groove (32) is larger than that of the sliding groove (31). The limiting block (21) moves repeatedly in the length direction of the limiting groove (32) under driving of the door plate (1). According to the safety protecting device for elevator door collision-off avoidance, when the door plate is in collision, the door plate is prevented from falling off from the sill, the door plate is kept on a normal track, and the safety of passengers is guaranteed.
