A circular-ring curved-surface planet stepless transmission comprises a driving disc, a driven disc, a tabulate power disc, a fixing shaft, a displacement shaft, a first driving mechanism, a second driving mechanism, a guide connecting rod, a fixing inner cover and a shell lamp. The fixing shaft is arranged on axes of the driving disc and the driven disc, the displacement shaft sleeves the fixing shaft and can rotate relatively to the fixing shaft, the first driving mechanism drives the driving disc to rotate, the second driving mechanism drives the displacement shaft to rotate, the guide connecting rod axially moves along the displacement shaft along with rotation of the displacement shaft and drives the power disc to swing around own central axis, the fixing inner cover is used for fixing the power disc, and a shell is fixed on the driven disc and synchronously rotates along with the driven disc. The circular-ring curved-surface planet stepless transmission has the advantages that the stepless transmission is simple and compact in integral structure, convenient to assembly, capable of realizing stepless speed change in the process of moving and large in speed change ratio; in addition, the stepless transmission can be assembly on a bicycle body without greatly improving structure of the bicycle body of a bicycle.
