A trailer capable of being inclined comprises a trailing plate, a traction device, a foldable connecting piece and a lifting device. The traction device comprises a first traction frame and a second traction frame, the first traction frame is larger than the second traction frame, the rear end of the first traction frame and the front end of the second traction frame are hinged, and the rear end of the second traction frame is fixedly connected with the front end of the trailing plate. The foldable connecting piece is connected with the front end of the first traction frame and the front end of the second traction frame. One end of the lifting device acts on the first traction frame, the other end of the lifting device is connected with the foldable connecting piece, and the foldable connecting piece is controlled by the lifting device to drive the front end of the second traction frame to get close to or away from a beam. At least one set of traveling wheels is arranged at the bottom of the trailing plate. The two traction frames are controlled by the lifting device to form an included angle within a certain range, so that the trailing plate is inclined to a certain degree, the trailer is simple in structure, convenient to operate and obvious in effect, and the inclination angle is controllable.
