The invention provides a vehicle-mounted touch system and a control method of the vehicle-mounted touch system. The vehicle-mounted touch system comprises a master control module, a back-row output module and a monitoring module, the back-row output module and the monitoring module are connected with the master control module, the monitoring module is used for monitoring the dynamic behaviors of passengers in the back row, and the master control module controls output of the back-row output module according to the behavior dynamic states of the passengers in the back row. According to the vehicle-mounted touch system and the control method of the vehicle-mounted touch system, the dynamic behaviors of the passengers in the back row can be monitored in real time, accordingly, the back-row output can be automatically controlled, and user experience is improved.
