The invention discloses a seat controlling system capable of recognizing a passenger. The seat controlling system capable of recognizing the passenger comprises two adjacent seats. One of the seats is connected with a baffle in a coupling mode, the end portion of the baffle is provided with a through hole, the seat back is provided with a through hole, wherein the two through holes are in same size. A rotary shaft which penetrates the through holes, and the baffle can be rotated around the rotary shaft. The other seat is provided with a buckle block, the end portion of the baffle is provided with a neck, the buckle block is matched with the neck, and the baffle is fixed on the seat. The seat controlling system capable of recognizing the passenger comprises the baffle, the buckle block is arranged on the other seat, the neck is arranged on the end portion of the baffle, the buckle block is matched with the neck, and the baffle is fixed on the seats. When a locking command of a card reader is received by the baffle, the baffle is perpendicular to the seat backs. When a disconnecting command of the card reader is received by the baffle, the baffle is parallel to the seat backs. The seat controlling system capable of recognizing the passenger has the advantages of being simple in structure and convenient to utilize.
