The invention discloses a high-speed early warning universal wheel which comprises a connector. A first supporting part and a second supporting part are fixedly connected to the connector, and a fixing threaded hole is further formed in the connector. A roller body is rotatably arranged between the first supporting part and the second supporting part. A high-speed sound making ring is arranged on the periphery of the roller body, and the high-speed sound making ring can make a sharp sound when a roller is at a high speed. The roller body is of a hollow structure, and sound making protrusions are arranged on the surface of the high-speed sound making ring. According to the high-speed early warning universal wheel, the sound making ring is arranged on the periphery of the roller body of the universal wheel, the protrusions on the sound making ring can make the sound to warn surrounding people to evade when the roller rotates at the high speed, and therefore a vehicle body which is out of control is prevented from injuring the surrounding people.
