The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted plasma purifier. The vehicle-mounted plasma purifier comprises a housing, wherein a hollow inner cavity is formed in the housing; a plasma generating device is arranged in the inner cavity; an air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the housing; a waterproof plate is arranged in the air inlet; the waterproof plate comprises a primary waterproof plate and an auxiliary waterproof plate; a horizontal included angle between the primary waterproof plate and the auxiliary waterproof plate is an acute angle. According to the technical scheme adopted by the invention, the plasma purifier can be used in a wet weather environment and can be used for accelerating the combination of air and plasmas, so that the air purifying efficiency is improved.
