The invention discloses a real-time road condition sharing method. The method comprises the following steps: monitoring a plurality of clients by a server and receiving user road condition data uploaded by each client; acquiring real-time road condition data of a road corresponding to each user road condition data according to the user road condition data uploaded by the multiple clients; when a preset updating condition is met, processing all the obtained real-time road condition data of each road to obtain comprehensive road condition data of the road, and updating the comprehensive road condition data of the corresponding road; publishing the updated all comprehensive road condition data. Besides, the invention also provides a real-time road condition sharing device and system. According to the real-time road condition sharing method, device and system, the coverage range for real-time road condition sharing can be improved and the cost is low.
