A device for intelligently controlling a vehicle based on an RAID technology comprises an electronic tag arranged in a license plate. The electronic tag carries out wireless communication through a piece of electronic tag sensing device and wireless communication equipment arranged at a road pass. The electronic tag sensing device and wireless communication equipment is connected with an image identifying and data processing device of a monitoring base station. The image identifying and data processing device is connected with a remote control terminal through a network. Through processing by an image identifying system, the number of a physical license plate is obtained; and encrypted vehicle information in an electronic license plate is read by an RAID chip and an SIM card and decrypted by the image identifying and data processing device so as to get the number of the electronic license plate.
