The invention relates to an aircraft paddle effect testing device which is composed of a paddle (1), an air bellows (9), fans (10), a battery (7) and a support (8). The fans (10) are arranged on the front face and at the top end of the air bellows (9) respectively. The support (8) is arranged in the air bellows (9). The battery (7) is connected with the left end of the support (8). An in-situ test device (a) is arranged at the top end of the support (8). The right end of the in-situ test device (a) is connected with the paddle (1). The aircraft paddle effect testing device has the advantages that the thrust value produced by the paddle can be accurately measured, the effect value between the battery, a motor and the paddle is directly calculated, and the equivalent transfer of the boost value can be achieved through the design of a slide rail.
