The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle locking and releasing mechanism which is reliable in locking, stable in releasing, high in safety coefficient, safe and convenient to use. According to the technical scheme, a lever mechanism is provided with a pressure lever (10), wherein the pressure lever (10) is hinged to a support (5) through a pin (11), and the transverse free end of the pressure lever (10) is connected with a spring (7); a rotation hole of a single fork (9) at the tail end of a connecting rod (4) is rotationally connected to a force arm fulcrum of the pressure lever through a shaft pin; a circular arc contact at the tail end of the pressure lever makes contact with a plug block (13) which is mounted on a base (12) and slides leftwards in the horizontal direction; the pressure lever rotates counterclockwise around the pin to drive a left-hand thread single fork (2) at the upper end of the connecting rod to move downwards; a cantilever connected with a rotary block (1) drives the rotary block to rotate counterclockwise around a pin shaft, the arc surface on the top of the rotary block presses a front fulcrum of an unmanned aerial vehicle tightly, and then the unmanned aerial vehicle is locked; the plug block slides rightwards in the horizontal direction to disengage from the pressure lever, the arc surface of the rotary block disengages from the front fulcrum of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and then the unmanned aerial vehicle is released.
